Round Care Development Initiatives, was founded in 2019, and incorporated by the Corporate Affairs of Nigeria (CAC/IT/No. 134169) as a Not-for-Profit sex worker's led community-based Organization in Nigeria, on a strong desire to aid the growth of sex workers in their diversity through, capacity building, meaningful communal engagement, encouraging the community to participate in decision making, and the prevention of gender-based violence, stigma, and discrimination, vulnerability to HIV/AIDS, STI, Hepatitis, TB and sexual and reproductive health issues

What we do
Our area of focus
Health
We provide access to health services, HIV/STI testing, and harm reduction resources like condoms, safe sex kits, and needle exchange programs.
Advocacy and Policy Reform
We advocate for the rights and safety of sex workers, pushing for policy reforms, and fighting against discriminatory laws and practices.
Community Support and Peer Services
We offer peer support groups, counseling, and social services to address the unique challenges faced by sex workers.
Economic Empowerment
We provide resources for education, job training, and alternative income opportunities to support sex workers who want to transition out of the industry.
Safety and Violence Prevention
We create safety networks, emergency response systems, and support services for sex workers who have experienced violence or exploitation.
Legal Support and Know-Your-Rights Education
We offer legal resources, Human right and Gender norms education, support for sex workers.
Stigma Reduction and Public Awareness
We challenge harmful stereotypes and promoting public understanding and acceptance of sex workers' rights and dignity.

Our Success Story
We have Provided small business startup funds for 3 community members and accommodation for a community member at Isopako area of Lagos Mainland. Our structure has created capacity building for more than 200 FSWs and jobs for more than 40 sex workers who have worked and currently working as volunteers, ROCDI has encouraged her community to acquire vocational skills
Our Main Objective
By the end of the next six years, increase the proportion of FSWs accessing HIV testing services, quality health care, and human rights services, by 30% compared to the previous six years.
